The evolution of office space from traditional, fixed configurations to flexible and open layouts not only reflects the changing dynamics of the modern workplace, but also responds to the redefinition of the nature of work itself. Our design concept is grounded in creating a space that fully embodies this transformative shift while fostering greater interaction among employees.

To achieve this, we adopted an open office layout and moved away from conventional enclosed cubicles. This deliberate strategy breaks down spatial boundaries, enabling more direct communication and collaboration. By integrating workbenches and shared work areas within the open plan, the office supports a more flexible mode of working—freeing work from spatial constraints and cultivating an open, dynamic, and liberating environment.
